Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM schedule
- Manageable patient load: 18-25/day, primarily adults
- Light clinic phone call (1:5); optional paid hospital call
- State-of-the-Art Facility
- Shared clinic with Primary Care and a strong referral base
- Supportive team: 1 ENT, 1 APP, plans for 2 more ENTs, 2 Audiologists
- Advanced equipment: 6 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, audiology booths

- OR block time at two ASCs and nearby hospital
- Pursue subspecialties: Otology, Facial Plastics with reconstructive focus
