Hello,We have a short 3 week locum tele-psychiatry opportunity available. Please see the details below:Clinic Location: Pittsburgh, PADuration: April 1-24Reason for coverage: Provider on leaveSchedule: Monday Friday and two weekendsShift: 24 hourCall: yesPatient volume: 10-20 patients per day. Some days there is only 2 hours of work, some days there are 8 hours of work, but doctor needs to be on call in case a consult presents. Patient can hold until the morning to be rounded on. Hospitalist group takes care of the patients medical needs, history, and physicals.Scope: Inpatient tele-psychiatry rounding with nurse practitioner, ages 18 and up.EMR: Accussis (facility is able to give online orientation prior to starting).Hospital: stand alone Behavioral Health Hospital.Group/support: Group has been doing telepsychiatry for 2 years and are well equipped.
