About the Opportunity:- Schedule: 2.5 days a week
- Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities:TheGastroenterologist will be responsible for:
- Examining & obtaining medical history and treating acute &chronic illnesses
- Ordering, performing,and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Creatingtreatment plansand involvingpatients &family members in those plans
- Initiatingappropriate specialty referrals
- Collaboratingon the improvement in care delivery and service with management, other Physicians and staff
- Working with Practice Management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements
- Performing procedures at theEndoscopy Center
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New Jersey
- Board Eligible / Certified inGastroenterology
