SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM FOR RISING COLLEGE SENIORS
Are you a rising senior in college looking for a dynamic and meaningful summer experience? Our Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and make an impact within our organization. This paid internship is designed to provide real-world exposure, mentorship, and collaboration with peers, all while preparing you for the next step in your education or career. This role may or may not meet some or all of your school required criteria for an internship. Please share details in the application.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Duration: June 16th through July 25th
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (4 days of department work + 1 day dedicated to a group project)
- Locations: Boston Office on Wednesdays and Thursdays, Remote on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays
- Work hours: 8:30 - 5:00 pm
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Departmental Work: Interns will report to an executive within their chosen department and perform the work described in the relevant job description.
- Collaborative Group Project: Every Wednesday, interns will come together to collaborate on a group project addressing a real-world business challenge or opportunity for our company. This project will give you the chance to think creatively, develop teamwork skills, and showcase your ability to solve complex problems.
- Final Presentation: On the last day of the internship program, interns will present their group project findings and recommendations to company leadership. This is your opportunity to demonstrate what you’ve learned and make a lasting impression on decision-makers within the organization.

YOUR TEAM OBJECTIVE
You will coordinate the development and organization process of the product line from concept through production, collaborating with the product team to create top-quality products that achieve seasonal initiatives and meet calendar deliverables with a focus on organizing sample requests and storage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Track all incoming samples
- Attend Apparel Team touch-bases and take notes to document discussions, development progress, outcomes, and tasks to be completed
- Collect and file fabric and trim spec sheets
- Assist in the maintenance of development tracking tools
- Assist in organizing our new sample storage room
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design or Fashion Merchandising
- Understanding of the apparel product development process
- Fundamental knowledge of textile development
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple processes throughout the day
- Familiarity with Centric PLM, or other similar PLM systems
- Good color acuity
