We are looking for Warranty (Customer Service) Coordinator to join our team in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area, specifically out of our Woodstock, GA office. Position Summary:
In this role, you will use your well honed organizational and customer service skills as the first point of contact for our home owners with service requests.
This role has the potential to be a hybrid role allowing for up to two days a week of remote work, once training is completed.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as first responder to incoming service requests.
Distribute requests to appropriate Warranty Rep and Trade Partner. Set appointments.
Follow up to assure appropriate work was done and arrange any further commitments.
Tracks internal information for reporting purposes.
Create service orders, process back charges, file completed requests.
Manage Homeowner Orientation packages processing.
Maintain Emergency Contacts and Trade lists.
Ensure Warranty Reps have needed office supplies.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education:
High School
Experience:
1 year of customer service experience
Residential construction or similar industry helpful
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency)
Internet
Ability to learn SMART (Proprietary software)
Social/Interpersonal Traits:
Initiative
Good communication skills – Stay professional when dealing with agitated Customers.
Customer orientation – Ability to empathize with Customer situation.
