Recruiting Supervisor

Work with the Manager of Talent Acquisition to ensure that all Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators operate in an efficient and effective manner. As a Recruiting Supervisor for emergency medical professionals, you will lead the way expanding our business as you identify and build strong relationships in the industry while overseeing a team of Recruiting personnel. Educate, comply and enforce company policies and procedures. Make managerial decisions affecting the positive outcome of the company’s operations and take appropriate disciplinary action when required.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee team of Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators to address staffing needs for multiple business units.
• Tracking KPI’s.
• Offering guidance and feedback and course correcting when applicable.
• Knowledge of and best practices for employment branding, recruitment marketing, and tactics for improving application flow for open positions.
• Partner with Leaders to understand their staffing needs. Based off needs analysis put together a staffing model to support growth for the appropriate fiscal year.
• In conjunction with local management, develop effective relationship with schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants.
• Based on business and departmental goals and needs analysis, develop cost-effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure all aspects of recruitment process comply with affirmative action reporting including documented interview notes, etc.
• Advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
• HS Diploma or GED.
• BA in human resources or equivalent HR generalist work (preferred).
• Current EMT or Paramedic experience (preferred).
• Social Media/Marketing experience (preferred).
• Two-years experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
• Proficient with MS Teams, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking & ability to execute results.
• Up to 50% travel
