Key Responsibilities:

- 24-hour call shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m., ensuring continuous care for pediatric patients.
- Be available for admissions and other inpatient needs during on-call hours.
- Participate in both patient rounding and emergency care as needed.

Practice Details:

Certification and Licensure:
- Board Certification: Required for the Pediatric Hospitalist role.
- Licensure: Must be licensed in Texas or eligible for licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
- Certifications: BLS and PALS certifications are required; ABLS, ACLS, and ATLS are not necessary.
- Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated at 30 days.
