Oversee staff of professionals that provide clinical services Involved with consultation, as needed, with clinic physician assistants (PAs) or nurse practitioners (NPs).Apply appropriate DOE directives in the workplace.Participate in meetings and committees, as requested.Provide assessment and treatment of work-related illnesses and injuries.Develop and maintain policies and procedures, plus assist with interpretation if needed.Provide urgent care of non-work-related injuries and illnesses as best supports site activities.Manage and organize a team's work to be delivered with efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy while still meeting budget requirements and standards of excellence for the clinic.Assist with the recruiting and managing of physicians, nurses and other medical and non-medical staff plus oversee all training is executed appropriately for the clinic.Fully understand the internal processes of all departments.Examine and coordinate the clinic's activities to guarantee medical quality
