No CRNA supervision. Physician must work Monday Friday assignment blocks 7am - 3pm.Candidate Requirements: -Active IN State License or IMLC. -Board Certified or Board Eligible. -Minimum 2 years of experience. -Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
