- 7a-3p every day, sporadic weekend call in December
- Potentially, 24 hour call, sporadic weekend call in December
Clinical Details
- Duties: Performing anesthesia in CV cases, supervising CV CRNA(s), performing TEEs, and placing epidurals.
- Setting: Level II Trauma Center, Strong CV program
- Two ORs running most of the day. Will get case volume and send.
- If the need arises but someone will take over your supervision of the CRNAs.
- Is this 100% supervision?
- What TEE system is used? Phillips with x8 probes?
- Average case volume is 60 with 8-10 CV Plus TEEs, intubations, a-lines.
Requirements
- Board certified
- Active AR license - highly preferred
- Clean malpractice/background - highly preferred
- Availability stated at name clear
- Covid vaccinated
- Required Procedures: Facile with TEE and comfortable doing all CV cases, excluding transplants, including Ecmo and thoracic cases. Able to perform epidurals.
- TEE Certification would be helpful
