Position Overview:
Seeking a BC Infectious Disease Physician to join our team in Silverdale, WA. We take pride in providing high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care. This is a locum tenens position with a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

- Schedule:
- Inpatient: One week of inpatient care 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, Mon Fri
- Outpatient: One week of outpatient care 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, Mon Fri
- Call Coverage: One weekend per month (6:00 AM Sat to 6:00 AM Mon) and occasional night call (M F)
- Support Staff: Nursing and medical assistants available
- EMR: EPIC
Responsibilities:
- Hospital rounding
- Outpatient clinic visits ( patients/day)
- Call coverage for new patients and emergency room consultations
- Admissions
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Infectious Disease REQUIRED
- Active WA License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) eligibility REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS certification REQUIRED
- Must disclose malpractice and criminal history for credentialing
Credentialing:
- Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
- Requirements: 6 12 months commitment
Compensation Rates:
- Hourly Rate: $235/hour
- Call Rates:
- Nightly: $350/night (includes 2.5 gratis hours)
- 24-Hour Call: $700 (includes 4 gratis hours)
