OB/GYN needed in SE Ohio Location: SE Ohio, Muskingum County
Start Date: September, as soon as expedited credentialing is complete
End Date: Ongoing; vacancy for permanent provider
Schedule/Shift: 12-15 shifts/month; 12 hour shifts; 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted OH license or IMLC
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- ABLS, BLS Certifications
- Clean background/malpractice/NPDB past 7 years
- Willing to work days and/or nights

Volume: 3-6 patients per shift
