Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join our team of highly trained Wound Care Providers . Our Nurse Practitioner will provide care to chronic or slow-healing wounds from diabetic foot ulcers, autoimmune and/or inflammatory wounds, surgical or traumatic wounds and more. Qualified candidate must be detail-oriented and work well within a team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) certificate required
- DEA and prescriptive authority required
- 2 years' Wound Care experience preferred but New Grads with Wound Care Certificate will be considered
- Wound Care Certification Required
- Hyperbaric Certification preferred but on-site training will be offered
Practice Details:
- Per Diem No Call, No evenings, No weekends, No holidays
- Well established team (supported by 3 physicians)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform Patient Histories
- Physical exams/assess wounds
- Debridement/removal of Necrotic tissue
- Wraps/boots
- Radiation wounds
- Acute and Post-op patients
