- Beautiful Boston suburb only 20 minutes from the heart of the City
- Monday - Friday or 4x10 schedule possible. 2x Psych MD + 2x NPs
- Treat older adult (55+) patients as part of the team's PACE program
- Integrated treatment team serves patients at the Mattapan HQ Clinic
- You will also travel to patients in the community (travel reimbursed)
- Up to 50% of daily caseload may involve traveling to patient location
- Very low daily caseload. Highest quality of care is focus of program
