Client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting August 21 - December 1 at their Corporate Health clinic in Covington, IN. Provider will work with an MA to see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 6:00am-3:00pm, and Friday 7:00am-11:00am. Provider must have 3+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment; experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine is a plus!
