- Permanent full time position
- Opportunity to join a progressive rural health care organization and work with an experienced medical staff consisting of five Medicine Physicians, two Advanced Practice Providers, one General Surgeon, and two CRNA s.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week in clinic - No on-call or weekends
- Requirements
- Current Oregon Licensure
- Current DEA Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- 2+ years of experience is highly preferred
