The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrics Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician for our Santa Clara facility.

Full-time annual salary range is $295,020 to $310,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $16,190 .
Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.
Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
