The Medical Center is seeking a permanent Neurologist to join the established Neurology Associates group located near Kansas City, focusing primarily on outpatient care and with limited hospital consults. The ideal candidate should have a passion for treating patients with Multiple Sclerosis and may have experience in outpatient EMGs. This position offers a collaborative work environment with shared call schedules and advanced practice provider support.
Medical Center is assisting in the search for a hospital employed Neurologist to join Neurology Associates, an established group serving the communities, located just 20 miles from downtown Kansas City. This opportunity is largely clinic based with only 2-5 hospital consults per day while on call. The ideal candidate would have a passion for caring for patients with MS within the context of a General Neurology practice. Candidates with an interest or experience in outpatient EMGs or a passion for caring for patients with MS are also encouraged to apply. The existing group consists of three neurologists. Call schedule is shared among group members with limited activity in the evening and overnight. Teleneurology for strokes and night time consults. Advanced Practice Provider support also available.
