The ideal candidate should be proficient in all cardiovascular procedures, including both cardiac and thoracic surgeries, as well as vascular procedures, with a preference for candidates who have 3-5 years of experience. New graduates or those with less than 3 years of experience are also considered, and the position includes a call schedule of 1 in 2.
