About the Opportunity:- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Clinic
- Patient Population: Outpatient (60%) and Inpatient (40%)
Responsibilities:The Endocrinologist will:
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations of patients
- Listen to and evaluate patient symptoms related to hormonal imbalances
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, imaging studies, and hormone level assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with endocrine disorders
- Diagnose and manage thyroid and adrenal disorders
- Evaluate and treat disorders related to the pituitary gland and hypothalamus
- Address hormonal issues related to reproductive health
- Educate patients about their endocrine conditions, treatment options, and the importance of adherence to prescribed medications
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:- Licensed to practice in the State of New York
- Board Eligible in Endocrinology
