As an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN), you will play a crucial role in the surgical team, providing direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Preoperative Preparation:
Assess patients' medical histories and current conditions to develop individualized preoperative care plans.
Verify surgical consent, review medications, and prepare patients physically and emotionally for surgery.
Intraoperative Nursing Care:
Assist in preparing the operating room (OR) environment, ensuring sterile conditions and proper functioning of surgical equipment.

Surgical Assistance and Instrumentation:
