Details/Requirements:
Active + unrestricted Georgia medical license + DEA required
Facility info: outpatient facility, EMR: Theranest & utilize Sharepoint
Fully Tele: flexible schedule
Patient Population: DFCS Children and Adolescents
Seeking one provider to supply weekday, tele coverage: Monday Friday
Provide intake psychiatric evaluations to a variety of psychiatric conditions and fill out a report following evaluation
Evaluation time is up to your discretion
Census is 4 evaluations with reporting with potential to increase
