The primary care locum tenens position outside of Indianapolis, IN.-Location: 2 hours from Chicago, IL, 3 hours from Louisville, KY-Duration: now considering qualified providers, on-going, and will consider permanent hire-Reason for recruitment: Retiring physician (from established practice)-Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8a-5p with one late evening hour-Patients: 25-30 per day in outpatient capacity-Group: 120 providers, multi-specialty-Clinic: Lab testing on site, Hospital is 2 minutes away for all needs-Hospital: will need IP privileges>provider rounds on patient in the nursing home-Compensation: Negotiable-Credentialing: 4 week timeline-Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Indiana license
