We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in February at a skilled nursing facility in Indiana. This facility has a 90% productivity expectation. If you're interested in this position one of our recruiters can work with you to obtain the appropriate state license.

- Monday - Friday, day shift, 32 hours guaranteed
