Coverage: Racine and Kenosha counties: Most patients are within 20-30 minutes but could have occasional patient that could be close to an hour away (not common).
Candidate MUST HAVE:
- 3 years OT experience in SNF setting, Home Health (preferred), or acute care. Must be strong in assisting with ADLs and adaptive equipment.
- active WI OT license, BLS (AHA).
- Bachelor's degree in OT.
- Reliable transportation, active driver’s license, and auto insurance.
HIGHLY PREFER candidate with EPIC experience, but not required.
