Unit Specific Information
Oversees care of the stroke and/or cardiac patient, ensuring Core Measures are in place unless contraindicated, reporting patient concerns to the physicianRecognizes signs and symptoms of abuse and reports per policyParticipates in purposeful nursing rounds according to patient need, incorporating the 7 Ps of roundingRecognizes and reports abnormal diagnostic dataChooses correct supplies in providing patient care and utilizes PAR system
