ACLSBLSMUST HAVE LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXPNO FIRST TIME TRAVELERSMUST HAVE EVD EXPERIENCEMedical Solutions Pre-Screens, if clinical recommends, sends to manager for approval to offer, no 2nd interviewMust pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance, traveler has 2 attempts. if failed, RN will be DNU within CS AZ and Sac RegionTravel Teams must have their own vehiclesmust have natural hair color and no facial piercingsmen must clean shave for fit testpass fail exam on day 1 of orientation - details to followDAY 1 PASS/FAIL SIMs Lab: All RNs will be expected to complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes, with the exception of NyICU & ED. NyICU only has to do Foley catheter insertion. ED does Foley catheter insertion but does port-a-cath insertion instead of central line dressing change.
Schedule Information
12hr / 7-7May be placed on Standby for a scheduled shift.Floating: Required to float between all ICU floors, and all Tele Units. Will get a patient load of 4:1 on tele.2 shifts on the floor.

Hospital does cranis, brain tumor removal and ablations, brain biopsies, complicated spine surgeries and scoliosis repair.
