- Evaluate and treats patients under order from the referring physician
- Evaluation and treatment programs are developed through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a patient s life.
- Review patient information and evaluate the impact of the information on the assessment and treatment process
- Conduct and document a complete functional assessment of the patient in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
- Design and implement an individualized plan of care, appropriate to the age and needs of the patient, containing functional and measurable goals with input from both the patient and family
Qualifications :
- Licensing Requirements: Current CA Occupational Therapist License
- Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy
- Pediatric experience preferred
