CoxHealth is seeking a BC anesthesiologist to join our hospital in Branson, Missouri due to expansion. ACT model supervising CRNAs. Currently three anesthesiologists cover four ORs along with endoscopy and OB on a 24hr on/off rotation for two weeks and one week off. Plan to open two more ORs Monday through Thursday. Two anesthesiologists would be on those days. One anesthesiologist covering the main OR/OB on call, and the other anesthesiologist covering 2-3 ORs in an ASC setting. Home pager call with response time of 20 mins. CRNAs are in house 24hr for emergent intubations and epidurals. With four anesthesiologists, the schedule would shift to a 4 week block, seven 24hr shifts covering the main OR/OB with post days off, four days () covering the ASC ORs, and the last week (9 to 11 days in a row) off.
