The candidates should have dedicated Neuro ICU experience with acute stroke, acute head/ spine trauma, neurosurgery neurology and over all critical care experience.
Able to perform central line and alines.
Patient volume is 6-9 ICU patients per night.
We have a total 23 NeuroICU beds- they would be on with other NPs/PAs
Pt population Neurocritical care- some MICU overflow
The position would be 13 to 13.5hr nights in the NeuroICU.
Night shifts 6:30p-7:30a/8a
Ideally 3 to 4 nights a week, but would consider 2 part-time
Compensation- $100hr range Potentially higher based on experience
