Must have at least one year of geriatric experience as nurse practice or have worked in a chronic disease practice setting for over five years. Established practice setting working with physician and APPs seeing geriatric patients in outpatient setting 8 AM to 5 PM. Unique situation where there is no need for pushing volume thru by taking care of the whole person. Salaried with full benefits. This is between Philly and NYC i Ocean County - close Tom's River.
