Performs analyses in hematology, chemistry urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank and microbiology according to expected performance standards.Performs venipuncture, finger stick, or heel stick on identified patients by physician's request in a timely, accurate and caring manner.Keeps documented records current regarding maintenance and quality control.Meets the lab service goals as scheduled or report problems to lab director.Promotes adherence to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring employee performance and identifying and responding to compliance issues.
Job Requirements
A minimum of a HS diploma and either: graduated from a MT or CLS training program approved or accredited by ABHES, CAHEA other organization approved by HHSMust have ASCP certificationMust have Blood Bank / Transfusion Services experience
