JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Standard Credentialing is 60-90 days
- All ages seen
- EMR - EPIC
- Cold and Flu Symptoms: Aches, Cough, Fever, Nasal Congestion
- Sinus and Allergy Symptoms: Itchy Eyes, Nasal Congestion, Nasal Discharge, Facial Pressure and Pain, Cough
- Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye)
- Diarrhea
- Ear Infections
- Eye Irritation
- Headaches
- Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD)
- Strep Throat
- Insect Bites
- Rashes: Poison Ivy, Ringworm, Shingles, Scabies, Hives
- Minor Burns
- Minor Scrapes, Cuts or Bruises
- Minor Injuries: Sprains, Muscle Strains
- Nausea and Vomiting
- Joint Sprains
- Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Strong preference for BC or a set date for testing for taking the boards. REQUIRED
- MO state license - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- Covid Vaccination - REQUIRED
