Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for part-time contract assignment starting January 16-April 14 at their Corporate Health clinic in Merrillville, IN. Provider will see adult patients for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness services. Need is flexible for 20-24 hours per week, with highest need on Tuesdays & Wednesdays 10:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this position; DOT Certification is required for this assignment.
