Responsibilities Position Summary:
The incumbent provides professional clinical services within the scope of the clinical Faculty responsibilities and under the guidelines of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The incumbent provides supervision of medical care delivery for the organizations clinic. The incumbent will serve as a preceptor and mentor for Resident Physicians which includes observing care provided and providing ongoing feedback. In addition the incumbent will be responsible for preparing and delivering teaching conferences for residents, students, staff, other faculty, and mid-levels on medical topics as needed.
In-patient: Pediatric Hospitalist / Faculty
Qualifications Minimum Qualification:
- Current California MD or OD license, valid and unrestricted United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration and member in good standing of hospital's Medical Staff required
- Appointment as a Clinical Faculty member for the Program of the University of California, UC Davis, School of Medicine required
Pay Range$92.88 - $148.61 /hour
