We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a Community Health Organization near Arlington Heights and Schaumberg, Illinois. The role involves working independently with support from office staff and primary care physicians while providing healthcare services to patients of all ages. Family Nurse Practitioner opening with a Community Health Organization, located 15 minutes to Arlington Heights and 10 minutes to Schaumberg Illinois. Arlington Heights offers a metro train which takes you to downtown Chicago in 30 minutes. Schaumberg is a very fun location with the largest indoor mall in Illinois. They both offer great festivals, dining experiences, theatre and music venues. Very nice, safe community with good schools, reasonable cost of living and a populations of over 37,000. This well-established not-for-profit organization is seeking a C-FNP that can work independently with an MA and office staff. Must be comfortable giving immunizations to newborns and treating patients of all ages. Primary care physicians will share the office on a part time basis and always accessible for consults. The organization has several offices in the area. They are staffed with family practice, pediatrics, Internal medicine, psychiatrists and ob/gyn physicians. Very nice, modern offices. C-FNP must have at least 1 year experience in family medicine Patient volume is approx. 3/hr. Schedule: 10- hour shifts weekdays 9am-7pm and every other Saturday 8am-6pm With time off during the week for a 40-hr work week.

- Will be entered into an on-call rotation with the Mid-levels every 8th week, very light call by phone only
