Job Summary: The facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Rheumatology, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities: - Prescribe medications and therapies according to state regulations and practice guidelines.
- Provide patient education on disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
