The role is for a Part-time LICSW/LMHC with a hybrid schedule working for a Federally Qualified Health Center in western Massachusetts. The candidate will provide advocacy and support for clients experiencing mental health issues, addiction, and abuse, while collaborating with a healthcare team. This position requires a master's degree in social work, at least one year of behavioral health experience, and a professional license.

Our client located in western Massachusetts is seeking a Social Worker/Behavioral Health Consultant for a Federally Qualified Health Center. The ideal candidate has a master's degree in social work with 1+ years of behavioral health experience. LICSW or LMHC is needed. This is full-time, majority remote, 1 day a week onsite working part-time 32 hours.

Salary $68K/year!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Will advocate and help clients gain access to resources while addressing their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction and abuse.
Support the mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as policies and procedures.
Work closely with all members of the healthcare team in development of the Plan of Treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment and accepted social work interventions.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of referral resources throughout the service.
