Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted NC License
- NC DEA
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB

Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks Temp privileges are available EMR: MediTech 6.1 Open ICU Support Staff: 2 mid-levels split coverage with physician
