Client seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment from November 18 - December 27 with possible extension in New York, New York. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute break from 12:30pm - 1:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Duties include minor in-office procedures and testing, phlebotomy (when MA not available), reading EKGs, eye care, urinalysis/HCG testing and analysis, administering nebulizer, pap smears, STD testing, breast examinations, physicals, and vaccinations. Clinic is staffed by two MAs. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
