Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician at Ascend Medical Staffing summary:
The role involves providing psychiatric and mental health evaluations for both children and adults. Opportunities are available in Sylmar and Anaheim, with responsibilities including autism testing and neuropsychological evaluations. We currently have two psychologist opportunities available with Kaiser in California that we re looking to fill. Below are the details for both positions:
Sylmar Position
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 100% onsite
- Start Date: ASAP (after credentialing, typically 12 weeks) 6 months with the option to extend
- Rate: $115 per hour (Malpractice coverage included)
- Caseload: Autism testing; 5 patients per week (children and adults)
- Volume: 5 patients per week (4 hours testing, 4 hours reading)
Anaheim Position
- Hours: Hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP (after credentialing, typically 12 weeks) 6 months with the option to extend
- Rate: $115 per hour (Malpractice coverage included)
- Caseload: Neuropsychological evaluations for various neurological and psychiatric disorders; prepare written assessment reports; consult on cognitive and behavioral rehabilitation
