Job Requirements
Valid permanent Ohio nursing license, American Heart Association certifications for BLS and ACLS. Fit Test, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), UHS Criminal Background Check Results, and drug screen are required.
