Current Oklahoma RN License required.Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment.Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required to be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter.Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter.Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start updated yearly.Health Statement required prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
