Unit Information: 6 Tower North- Cardiac Location: Centennial Medical Center Address:2300 Patterson St Nashville, TN 37203 Floor: 6TN Building: Centennial Tower General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds - 29 · Number of Staff – 9 · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 Charge (out of staffing), 5 on tele, 3 on step down side. o Night Shift – 1 Charge (out of staffing), 5 on tele, 3 on step down side. · Patient Ratios – 4:1 on Tele, 3:1 on Stepdown · EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · ACLS · Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · EKG Training · Cardiac Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Recovering Cath lab patients: stents, pacemakers, mitraclips, micrapacers, valve replacements · Managing cardiac drips, management of heart failure patients Best personality Fit: · Team work oriented, priority on customer service REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · ACLS, BLS Floating Area(s): · Other cardiac units and med surg Dress Code : · Scrub Color/Attire - Galaxy blue, Ceil Blue, Black, and Red Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Weekends and On call(if any) · Every other weekend (No on call shifts)
