Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Certs Required: BLS Skills Required: IV Starts Ratio: This facility is using a Team Based Mode lMS and MS/T nursing units at MedStar facilities transitioned to a teams-based model of care which impacts ratios and patient allocation. This model will roll out incrementally to include 5 components: a) RN + PCT/CNA/Techb) RN + PCT/CNA/Tech + LPN (as LPNs are available/hired)c) Virtual Nursed) Lead PCTe) Virtual sitters Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity. Weekend Coverage: EOWS
