Hospital in Southern Arizona is looking for RNs to complete a 13 week assignment on their Med Surg Tower 4 unit.The right candidates will have 3+ years of experience and have an active BLS.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience required.Active AZ state license or Compact license required.EPIC experience required.Required certifications: BLS. Preferred: ACLS.
Schedule Information
Shift: 6:45 - 7:15 am/pm.Weekend Requirement: Every other.Holiday Requirement: Typically 2/3 holidays.
Unit Specific Information
Department: MedSurg | Tele | Ortho.Common titratable &/or set rate drips: May see heparin on occasion.Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit: PCA. 1:8-12.RT Equipment: Bipap stable trachs, no changes to settings. Post surgical trachs- must be able to suction, trach care. Drains-JP, wound vacs-have wound care RN, ostomies.Are there tele/monitor techs on this unit: Tele on this unit, dedicated monitor tech will assist with reading tele but RN will need to ID significant anomalies and alert care team as necessary.
