Critical access hospital seeking Physical Therapist coverage for 3 months. Schedule will typically be Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, and 40 hours are guaranteed per week. Inpatient experience is required, and outpatient experience is preferred. Must have a West Virginia state license/be willing to obtain state licensure, and compact licenses are accepted. - Typically Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- 40 hours guaranteed

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
