Ascension Borgess Cardiac Cath Area consists of 6 labs4 Cath labs and 2 EP labsCases consist of Left and right heart caths with PCIStructural Heart cases (Watchman TAVR)EP cases PPM and AblationsPeripheral cases and PE casesWe use Cerner for EMRMerge is the Hemo dynamics system used at our facilityHospital scrubs providedHours of operation 0730-1800 Monday thru FridayTeam on call for the weekend will cover cases as needed on the weekendsWith call for after hours during the week and on weekendsCall requirements for all staff is 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 4th to 5th weekendCVL RN’s Circulate and administer moderate sedation to patients during proceduresCVL RN’ will at time also record (document procedures)
Job Requirements
Must have current Michigan RN licenseBLS certification requiredACLS certification requiredNursys verification within 30 days prior to startCurrent license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignmentDocumentation of vaccination series completion or declination to vaccine
Schedule Information
Hours of operation 0730-1800 Monday thru FridayCall requirements for all staff is 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 4th to 5th weekend

Additional Details
Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. No declinations accepted.Required for all travelers. Preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite.Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions/Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
