Shifts & Scheduling: 0645-1515 M-F, start at 6a for Open Heart Case PrepOT opportunity, CV team lead will make scheduleWeeknight Call Requirements: 3-4 times per week, 1515-0645Weekend Call Requirements: every other to every third weekend, Fri at 1515 to Mon at 0645Holiday/Call Requirements: rotating holidaysCall response time: 15 minutes, 8 hour reprieve shifts for post call, sleep room availableFloating Requirements: ability to pick up extra for 1:1 sitting

# of Suites: 2 CVOR suitesAverage # of cases per day: 1-3Common Cases: Open hearts (CABG, Valve, aneurysms), thoracotomies, VATS, Convergent, AAA, carotids, ION robotic cases, ECMO, Impella 5.5, Stryker towersExperience/Must have skills: MUST BE WILLING to cross train to other OR specialties

Days - Guaranteed 32hr/week, scheduled 40hr/week - 8hr shifts M-F 0645-1515 (6a for open heart cases), with callRadius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be with any facility associated with CommonSpirit
