Assignment Details : Board Certification is required
Active Ohio license or IMLC
BLS certification is required
Flu Vaccine is required
COVID vaccine is preferred
Outpatient - Adult Cancer patients
Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3d radiotherapy, photon beam radiation therapy, SBRT, 3D-CRT, IGRT, and IMRT
